Recently, one of our cars had a surprise mechanical issue (the car is 50 years old!) the day before a customer’s reservation!

Yikes!

The Blue Jay team spent the whole day tracking down a comparable car to make sure our customer was happy. 100 phone calls and a strong network came through; we found this beautiful 1956 Thunderbird! And now this Thunderbird is a permanent member of the fleet.

Lesson: Good things come from good customer service! And we’re here for it!
