In general, demand for our vehicles is at its highest in spring and fall. If your event is during those seasons, you should book as early as possible. At a minimum we ask that you book at least a week in advance to ensure we have sufficient time to coordinate with a driver and towing (if necessary).

We need the event logistics to coordinate to have the car there. We also need a security deposit of 50% of the total cost.

Yes. We require 50% of the total be paid to reserve the car. You can cancel up to 72 hours before your event and receive a full refund of your deposit. Canceling within 72 hours of your event will result in a cancellation fee of $150.

Because classic cars can be temperamental and are expensive to repair, we only allow members of our team to drive the cars.

No. As the owners and the only people operating the vehicles, we will have the insurance coverage required to protect all of us.

Towing is only required if the event location is greater than 30 miles from where the vehicle is stored. If we are required to tow the vehicle, we charge $125-$300 for up to 50 miles. Distances of greater than 50 miles will be assessed as needed.

Yes, we limit each booking to less than 30 miles.

At Blue Jay Classic Car Rentals, we strive to offer competitive and transparent pricing for our classic car rentals. Our listed prices reflect the quality and uniqueness of our fleet. If you have specific requirements, we will take those into consideration as we finalize pricing.

Ideally, you would cancel as early as possible so we can make the car available to another customer. At a minimum, we require 3 months notice. If you cancel with more than 3 months notice, we will return your entire deposit. If you cancel with less than 3 months notice, we reserve the right to retain your deposit as it will be difficult to book the car for that same date with less than 3 months notice.

In the case of mechanical issues during a chauffeured booking, we will send another vehicle to take you to your final destination. You will receive a full refund as well.
In the case of mechanical issues during a stationary booking, we will cover any additional towing fees required to return the vehicle to its home. You will receive a refund only in the case that the issue interrupted your ability to use the vehicle for its intended purpose.
